Role Overview:

As a Product (UI/UX) Designer at Plaude, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing our digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. This role is fully remote and operates during EST/PT working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand and translate project requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, considering user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to enhance product designs and user experiences iteratively.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, UI kits, and other design resources to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve our products' usability and visual appeal continuously.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Product (UI/UX) Designer, preferably in the financial technology industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
