As we scale, we are seeking a detail-oriented Finance, Accounting, and Reconciliation Officer to manage financial reporting, transaction reconciliations, and accounting functions.

Role Overview

The Finance, Accounting, and Reconciliation Officer will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and manage reconciliation of financial transactions. This role is crucial in ensuring financial integrity, optimizing cash flows, maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, and supporting financial administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support tax compliance, audits, and regulatory filings.

Reconciliation & Financial Controls

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions, bank accounts, and digital payment records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records and payment settlements.
• Ensure accuracy in multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to rectify reconciliation variances.
